Les Précédents back in September

Born in 2008 from collaboration between the Théâtre de Verdure of Montreal and the choreographer Marie Béland, followed by 42 presentations in 12 years, the architectural and choreographic project Les Précédents is back this autumn.

The dancers Rodrigo Alvarenga, Zoey Gauld, Simon-Xavier Lefebvre, Marilyne St-Sauveur, Anne Thériault and Andrew Turner will perform at Faubourg Boisbriand on September 26, 2020 at 1 pm for an unprecedented revival of the work.

Inspired by the mobile and immobile, in permanence and the ephemeral, the interpreters help us to see the space of this bustling public park with new perspective.

The performance will be accompanied by open workshop for 10 persons at 3 pm (only on registration) during which the public could share in the experience of Les Précédents in interpreting the piece alongside the dancers, while respecting sanitary measures and social distancing. A fun and singular moment to learn about performance in situ!

In case of rain, the event will be postponed on September 27, 2020.
